Sick and Homebound Ministry

At Church of the Transfiguration, we recognize the importance of taking care of our entire parish community, including those who are unable to attend Mass due to illness, disability, or other circumstances. We have a dedicated group of people who visit and bring communion to the sick and homebound in our parish community. No special skills are required to be a part of this ministry; if you are willing to spend some time and bring communion to a fellow parishioner, you’re perfect for this ministry!
